RULES FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE EXHIBITION

1. Application for participation:

• To participate in the exhibition, it is necessary to complete and submit the registration form.

2. Participation fee:

• After submitting the form, the participant will receive an invoice and a sample agreement.
• Payment of the invoice is considered acceptance of the agreement terms. The agreement can be signed on-site during registration.

3. Exhibition dates and schedule:

• Opening hours for visitors:

21/08/2026 12:00–19:00
22/08/2026 10:00–19:00
23/08/2026 10:00–17:00

• Participant registration: 21/08/2026 from 08:00
• Installation of exhibits: 21/08/2026 from 08:00 to 11:30
• Dismantling of stands: 23/08/2026 from 17:00 to 21:00

4. Requirements for exhibits:

• Dolls are expected to be created with a high level of craftsmanship and quality materials.

5. Advertising and promotion:

• Participants may distribute promotional materials only with prior agreement from the organizers and within their own stand area, unless otherwise specified.

6. Participant conduct:

• Participants must be prepared to discuss their works and answer visitors’ questions.
• Professional ethics and conduct must be maintained throughout the exhibition.
• It is prohibited to interfere with neighboring participants or violate safety regulations.
• Any breach of public order, safety rules, or ethical standards is prohibited.
• All interactions with visitors must be respectful and professional.

7. Responsibility:

• During the exhibition, participants are fully responsible for the safety of their exhibits.

8. Sanctions for violations:

• Violations of the participation rules may result in a financial penalty, cancellation of participation without refund, or other sanctions предусмотренные договором.

• If a participant cannot attend after payment:
until May 31, 50% of the total fee will be refunded;
after June 1, no refund will be issued.

• Participants may display only their own works at their stand. In case of violation, the organizers reserve the right to charge an additional registration fee of €100.
